Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.348 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Jahangirabad, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Devendra has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.31657 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 3.7.2025, having no criminal history to her credit.
