Heard Sri Abhijit Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 415 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Bhogaon, District- Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up in his own confessional statement before the police, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that a false recovery of CMP has been foisted on the applicant. The criminal history of two cases assigned to the applicant has been explained.
