Heard Ms. Abhilasha Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.326 of 2023, under Sections 498- A, 304-B, 302/34 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Jaithra, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant has been examined as PW-1 and he has not supported the prosecution story during cross-examination on 03.12.2025 in court. There is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant in the instant case. The injuries are stated to have been sustained in a road accident. The cause of death is asphyxia as a result of ante-mortem hanging. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant
