This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Harsh Singhal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 329 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/25/35 of Arms Act, Police Station Dankaur, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
