Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.77 of 2021, under Sections 302, 452 I.P.C., Police Station- Shikarpur, District- Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.11.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.38410 of 2021. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is languishing in jail since 9.3.2021, as such, he is incarcerated in jail for almost five years and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future.
