No.565 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No.36 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 504 I.P.C. read with Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Badalpur, District Gautam Buddh Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4.
