Court No. - 66 HON'BLE KRISHAN PAHAL, J. 1. List has been revised. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 63 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Rajgarh, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eleven days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The allegations are per se false. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the parents of the deceased were very much present at the time of cremation of the deceased. The said allegation that they were not informed has been cropped up by the informant. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing
