Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 262 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 351(3), 352, 103(1) B.N.S. (147, 148, 149, 307, 506, 504, 302 IPC) , Police Station Khaga, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons, Suneel Singh and Shatrughan Singh, have already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 41273 of 2025. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who have already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. The applicant is languishing in jail s
