Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.156 of 2025 (S.T. No.1277 of 2025), under Sections 103(1), 352, 333, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Gazipur, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and two other co-accused persons Rajendra and Vikram are stated to have assaulted the deceased person with brick causing fatal injuries to him on 13.7.2025 at about 08:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
