Heard Sri Abhay Mishra, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.394 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 87 & 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that it is true that the dead body of the deceased person was recovered at the pointing out of applicant, but the said recovery is false. The applicant has nothing to do with the said recovery whatsoever. The postmortem report is silent about the cause of death and the viscera report is also silent about the presence
