Learned counsel for the applicant has claimed parity with co-accused person Bobby who has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44071 of 2025, as such, the applicant is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. He is in jail since 20.09.2025 and is ready to cooperate with trial.
