Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.547 of 2015, under Sections 302, 307, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Chandausi, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant did not have any knowledge of any coercive measures being taken against him, as such, he did not appear before the court concerned. He was brought before the court on 26.06.2025 and has been facing trial since then. 5.
