As per prosecution story, the applicant is alleged to have developed an illicit relationship with the daughter-in-law of the informant, which was objected to by the informant and his family members. Owing to such objection, it is alleged that the applicant committed the murder of the daughter of the informant on 14.06.2025 at about 7:35 p.m. in the market. 5.
