Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 872 of 2017, under Sections 302, 201, 34 of IPC, Police Station - Sikandrabad, District - Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant was granted bail vide order dated 30.11.2018 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in C.M.B.A. No. 13553 of 2018 but inadvertently he could not attend the court, as such, NBW was issued against him on 9.9.2024. As a bonafide act, the applicant has surrendered before the trial court on 3.11.2025 and since then he is in jail. 5.
