The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.140 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Baraut, District Baghpat with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. He was not present at the place of occurrence, rather he was attending to his agricultural work in the field. The statement of star witness Sunny has not been recorded by the Investigating Officer, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. The applicant is in jail since 10.03.2025 and is ready to coop
