As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established illicit relationship with the co-accused person Lalita Yadav, who happens to be the wife of the deceased and was seen in a compromising state by the deceased person, as such, the applicant and the co-accused persons have put the deceased to death in the night of 18.6.2025. 5.
