The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 326 and 302 IPC, Police Station Atarauliya, District Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and her first bail application has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 3.10.2023 and he is pressing the second bail application on the sole ground that applicant is in jail since 7.8.2023 i.e. for almost two and half years and till date out of 22 prosecuti
