Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.219 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201, 328 and 120B I.P.C., Police Station Hanumant Vihar, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up in the fifth supplementary statement of the informant recorded after a delay of about eight months and six days from the incident. The said nomination of the applicant is an afterthought and the CCTV footage was also retrieved from the place of occurrence, whereby the person assaulting the deceased person was found to be Ashok Yadav, but subsequently the same informant has state
