The first bail application was rejected by the coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 15.3.2018.The second bail application was rejected by this court vide order dated 22.3.2023 for want of prosecution. Learned counsel for the applicant admitted that although applicant is main accused but he is in jail since 6.9.2017. The applicant has criminal history of two cases. to his credit.The trial of the main case is at the verge of conclusion..The recording of the evidence in case under section 25 Arms Act is under process.
