Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.388 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Ajitmal, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that it is true that the dead body has been found from the basement of the house of applicant, but she has nothing to do with the basement, which was accessible to her husband only. The offence, if any, might have been committed by her husband only. The applicant being a lady has been falsely implicated in the present case as the deceased person had love affairs with her daughter. 5.
