The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.77 of 2024, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Sen Pashchim Para, District Kanpur Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the deceased person is stated to have started living with the applicant as his wife and the applicant is stated to have committed her murder by assaulting her several times on 5.3.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
