Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.182 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) B.N.S. and Section 25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Kundarki, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed as no time of offence is mentioned in it. It has been instituted on the basis of suspicion only as there is no eye-witness to the incident. There is CCTV footage, whereby the applicant has not been identified. 5.
