Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.349 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(2), 352, 109, 103(1), 131, 117(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Chata, District Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The role of exhortation has been assigned to the applicant. No weapon has been assigned to him. The role of firing at the deceased person has been assigned to co-accused persons, namely, Soran and Virendra. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argue
