Heard Sri Arjun Singh Solanki, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.80 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 238, 61(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Amritpur, District Farrukhabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 22 hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. It was instituted after the inquest proceedings. The family members of the deceased were present at the time of inquest proceedings. The eye-witnesses have subsequently introduced one Pramod as primary assailant, as such, the prosecution story itself stands falsified from the said statement. 5. Learned
