The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Junaid with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 329 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 109, 103, 61 (2) BNS and Section 5/27 (1) Arms Act, Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Aligarh, during pendency of trial.
