Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Gahmar, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith two named accused persons and one unknown person is stated to have followed the deceased person and had assaulted him with an iron rod on 5.4.2025 at about 2.00 am, whereby the deceased fell down and is stated to have been assaulted again by them with the same iron rod causing his death. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
