Mishra, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 460 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 3(5), 109, 352, 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Loni, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Farzand has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 261 of 2025. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. The applicant is languishing in jail since 21.9.2024 having no criminal history. 5. The prayer for bail has
