Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0237 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR. His name has come up for the first time in the confessional statement of co-accused person, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law.
