Court No. - 66 HON'BLE KRISHAN PAHAL, J. 1. List has been revised. Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Shri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 97 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103(1) and 238 Ka B.N.S., Police Station Agauta, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the deceased did not sustain any injury, whatsoever. Even the cause of death, as opined by doctor conducting the autopsy, is Cardio Pulmonary arrest, which indicates that it was a natural death. The criminal history of
