List has been revised. 2. Heard Sri Raj Kumar Mishra, learned Advocate holding brief for Sri Shailesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri J.K. Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.395 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Nakur, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the role of running over the deceased by tractor has been assigned to co-accused Safat. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 29.10.2025
