The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 302 of 2023 under Sections 324, 302/34 I.P.C. Police Station-Milak, District-Rampur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that applicant is named in the F.I.R. and he has been falsely implicated. He next stated that he has been simply assigned the role of assaulting the deceased with fawda. Although, there are incised wounds sustained by the deceased. The trial is moving at snail's pace. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the applicant may be enlarged on bail as the applicant is in jail since 30.10.2023 and the period of incarceration is more than two years
