This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicants- Deepak, Sankit and Rajeev, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime / F.I.R No. 415 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Junawai, District Sambhal. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 08.11.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Babloo, Bhuvnesh and Ankit, have already been enlarged
