Heard Sri Anurag Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Session Trial No.1057 of 2025 (State vs. Virendra Kumar Balmiki @ Nyuran), arising out of Case Crime No.67 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Gajner, District Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The prosecution witnesses PW-1 and PW-2 have been examined during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile. 5. It is further argued by learned counsel for the applicant that there is no likelihood of conviction
