The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Raja Khan, who is stated to be incarcerated in Mathura jail since 17.05.2025. Shri Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been assigned the case of applicant by the High Court Legal Services Committee. The application is supported by an affidavit at page no. 79 which bears the thumb impression of the applicant Raja Khan and the same is attested by Jailer of District Jail Mathura. However, in the affidavit the age of the deponent Raja Khan has not been disclosed. The affidavit sworn is not in accordance with the Rules of the Court as there are certain discrepancies including the fact that the application is not signed by the deponent nor his thumb impression has been affixed on various pages of the affidavit filed in support of the Bail Applicatio
