Heard Ms. Abhilasha Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.52 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 62, 238-A B.N.S., Police Station Adampur, District Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. PW- 1/informant is not an eye-witness, rather she has deposed on the basis of hearsay evidence. There is no evidentiary value of the said statement whatsoever.
