Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.278/2024 (S.T. No.73/2025), under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused person Akhtar is stated to have taken away the deceased alongwith him on 08.12.2024 at about 8:00 a.m. 5.
