Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.278/2024 (S.T. No.73/2025), under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Konch, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused person Akhtar is stated to have taken away the deceased alongwith him on 08.12.2024 at about 8:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eleven days, and there is no explanation for the said delay, although subsequently the dead body was recovered, and after the inquest report and the post-mortem, the said FIR has been in
