Heard Sri Satya Prakash Rathore, Advocate holding brief of Sri Dharmendra Kumar Patel, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.143 of 2023 (Session Trial No.178 of 2023), under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Chandausi, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are two eye-witnesses garnered subsequently by the prosecution, namely, Dori Lal and Shree Ram, and they have been examined as PW-1 and PW-3 respectively.
