Heard Sri Devesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.430 of 2020, under Sections 302 and 201 I.P.C., Police Station Sector-39 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the FIR. The similarly placed co-accused person Rajeev Jha has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.4.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.1453 of 2022, as such, since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. There is no criminal history of the appli
