Heard Sri Saurabh Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.288 of 2024, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Haldaur, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false. There is no evidence that the applicant was visible near the place of drowning of the deceased person, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. The story has been subsequently escalated regarding double murder. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant
