This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Majid Khan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 324 (6), 191 (2), 351 (2), 308 (2), 317 (3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Orai, District Jalaun during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that he is not named in the FIR was arrested on 02.09.2025 and charge-sheet was filed on 17.10.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case cri
