Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.213 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 351(1), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. The FIR itself is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The name of the applicant has come up two and a half months after the FIR, which itself indicates it to be a case of false implication. The applicant has been implicated in the instant case on the basis of his conversation with the co-accused person, which has no evidentiary valu
