Heard Sri Narendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.606 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 109(1), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Kankar Khera, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons, namely, Lajjo, Sangeeta and Bhola, are stated to have assaulted the informant and his uncle with bricks, thereby causing injuries to them leading the uncle of informant to death on 30.08.2025 at about 6:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
