Heard Sri Sanjay Srivastava, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Sanjeev Singh, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in S.T. No.471 of 2020 bearing Case Crime No.19 of 2020, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Sajeti, District Kanpur Nagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. Three witnesses of fact i.e. PW-1, PW-2 and PW-3 have not supported the prosecution story, as such, there is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant in the instant case.
