Anisha Begum and Bismillah , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 370 of 2025 , under Sections 318 (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3, 5 (1) of U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, Police Station Phase IIIrd , District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
