Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 18.10.2025. First Information Report has been lodged on 09.09.2025, with the allegation that minor daughter of the first informant has not returned from school and there is an apprehension that the applicant has enticed away
