This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants Lilla @ Ladi and Jasmair Singh @ Goldi seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 321 of 2025, under Section 8/20/60 of NDPS Act, PS Shahpur, district Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused have been falsely implicated in the case wherein contraband 'ganja' measuring 21.100 kgs has been recovered from the joint possession of three accused persons along with applicant, which is marginally above the commercial quantity.
