Heard Sri Ravi Prakash Bhatt, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 273 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 103(1) of BNS, Police Station - Chandvak, District - Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. It is contended that the deceased sustained only a single injury, despite seven persons being named in the FIR. Learned counsel further submits that in a subsequent statement of the eye-witness, the role of causing the fatal injury has been attributed to co-accused Bechan Rajbhar, who has since been declared a juvenile. 5.
