Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 160 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Sonauli, District - Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with five other co-accused persons is stated to have forcibly taken the informant's wife along with them and had committed her murder and concealed her dead body on 30.09.2024 at about 03:00 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case owing to the relationship with the co-accused Sandeep Sahani, who happens to be her brother-in-law.
