Heard Shri Raja Ram Pal, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-opposite party and perused the record. 2. This bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 342 of 2023, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 & Section 429 I.P.C., Police Station Chakiya, District Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The only allegation is against the applicant is of transportation. It is further submitted that no beef or dead cow progeny has been recovered from the possession of the accused applicant. There is no independent witnesses of the offence and the a
