Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 395 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 103(1) of BNS, Police Station - Nakud, District - Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with other named co-accused persons, is alleged to have assaulted the informant's son, caused him injuries, and subsequently ran over him with a tractor on 22.09.2025 at about 7:15 PM. 5.
